Return Policy

This return policy applies to any products sold via thelittlehodler.com. If you’re purchasing products via The Little HODLER shop on Redbubble, this return policy does not apply. Please refer to Redbubble’s policy instead.

Quickview

  • There is a 14-day return period for all orders on our store.
  • You may cancel your order anytime before it is shipped and receive a full refund.
  • If your order has already been shipped and you wish to return it, you need to inform us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will then provide you with our return address and ask you to return your order. Once we have received your returned order and verified it is complete and in flawless condition, you will receive a full refund.
  • To initiate a return, simply contact us via our contact form or at hello@thelittlehodler.com with your order ID, and we will take care of the rest.
  • If the product you received is damaged, your order is incomplete, or we are otherwise at fault, we will issue refunds or send replacements so long as you contact us within 60 days after receiving your order and provide supporting documentation (e.g. photos).
  • In the case of change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the return postage. In the case of wrong, damaged, or broken products, we will cover the return postage.¬†
  • There are no refunds after the above-mentioned 14-day period.
  • BTC refunds are completed at the original BTC value.

Contract Withdrawal

General

  1. There is a 14-day return period for all orders on our store. Within 14 days after receiving your order, you may return your products. To initiate a return, you can get in touch via the contact form on our website our via hello@thelittlehodler.com. Please include your order ID when you contact us. You must get in touch within the above-mentioned 14-day period to be eligible for a refund.
  2. If you cancel your order before we have shipped it, you will receive a full refund. If you order has been shipped, we need you to send it back to us.
  3. In the case of change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the return postage. In the case of wrong, damaged, or broken products, we will cover the return postage. 
  4. Once you get in touch, we will provide you with the details required for you to ship your order back to us. Once we have received your returned order and verified it is complete and in flawless condition, you will receive a full refund.
  5. Personalized Products: We reserve the right to cancel personalized orders if we deem the personalization inappropriate for our brand. In that case, we will refund you for your personalized product.

If You Have Received a Damaged or Incorrect Product

  1. Please contact hello@thelittlehodler.com or use our contact form. Explain your issue and include supporting documentation (such as photos showing the damage to your order) as well as your order ID. You must do this within 60 days receiving your order.
  2. If your return is authorized, you may receive a replacement or refund.

If You Don’t Like the Product

  1. After the above-mentioned 14-day period, there are no refunds on the basis of personal preference.

If You Accidentally Ordered the Wrong Product

  1. After the above-mentioned 14-day period, there are no refunds on the basis of buyer error.

If You Didn’t Receive Your Order

  1. Please contact hello@thelittlehodler.com or use our contact form. Explain your issue and include your order ID. You must do this within 60 days of the original ship date.
  2. If your product turns out to be lost, you may receive a replacement or a refund.

If You Return an Order But It Is Lost in Transit

  1. If a returned product doesn’t reach us, no refund or replacement can be granted.

If You Don’t Accept the Delivery of Your Order

  1. Orders that aren’t received for delivery are returned to us.
  2. You must approve any reshipment of your order. Any reshipping cost is carried by you.

Payment Refunds

General

  1. Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for your purchase.
    1. For example: refunds for orders paid using BTC are refunded in BTC; refunds for orders paid using a credit card are issued to the same credit card; etc.
  2. Refunds are issued in the exact amount paid.
    1. For example: if you paid $10 for your order using a credit card, $10 are refunded to your credit card; if you paid 0.1 BTC for an order, 0.1 BTC are returned. Any transaction fees are covered by us.
  3. If you paid for an order using BTC, you will be asked to provide a receiving address, which will be used to issue the refund. If you provide an incorrect receiving address, no additional refunds are issued.
  4. A 14-day processing time applies to any refund.

If You Made a Mistake With Your BTC Payment

  1. If you made a mistake when paying for your order in BTC (such as sending a BTC payment to the wrong address or sending the wrong asset), there are no refunds, as we are unable to recover falsely sent assets if they never reach us.

If You Underpaid an Order

  1. We will ask you to add the missing amount to complete the payment. If you fail to do so, the full amount received until that point will be refunded, and your order will be canceled.

If You Overpaid an Order

  1. The overpaid amount will be refunded, minus any fees incurred (such as network fees, credit card fees etc.).
